Default quick question on cam install

do you have to take the heads off?. if so , is it safe to use the stock head bolts? & what should they be tourqued to when puttin them back on

not for just a cam install. you just pull the valve covers to pull the pushrods.

You cannot reuse the stock head bolts. You will need to purchase a new set my suggestion woluld be to go with arp head bolts perferably studs.

No need to pull the heads.

If you do you need new head bolts, they are TTY one time use.
