T-rex vs Vindicator
T-rex vs Vindicator Just tryin to decide what to do. I have a 2002 Camaro SS with Full boltons 4.10 gears Stock 241 heads and a T-rex cam. Im fixing to buy a set of Trickflow 215's from Vengeance and was very intrersted in there Vindicator cam. I was told i would gain 30RWHP over the T-rex with heads. As far as what the car is used for is Weekend Warrior and Will see some track time. Let the feedback begin!

Ron's setups make wicked nasty power but I have yet to see real track times from them. Im sure they're there- just havent looked hard enough to find them. I will be going with parts and porting from him when I do my build (this late summer-fall) FWIW.
30rwhp peak seems like a bit much. I do know the Vindicator will make alot more torque/horsepower thru the rpm range and it will also have better drivability.

I don't know about 30, but you have cams designed for 2 different things here. The T-rex was meant to be the kickass cam only cam, and the vindicator seems like it was designed to compliment the TFS heads.
Personally I would go with something smaller than both of them, but that would be just me. If you want an all out build, then go for it!!
