Cam+ Heads on a budget
Cam+ Heads on a budget I am looking for a cam and heads that are one cheap and two will pass inspection. I want a cam that will add a good bit of horsepower but still be easily streetable and easily pass inspection. Any idea, i was looking into like a 224/224 but after watching videos it might be too much to pass. Any help is appreciated!

It will be a DD sometimes, so i need one that is DDable and it will have a 3500 stall
Car is a 2000 Camaro ss with slp lid, loudmouth, and will have pacesetters by the time i get the cam +heads.

im building mine now with a 228/228 113 lsa, longtubes, afr 205 heads. im putting on ory, so i wont pass, its all about the tune you have done. my builder said he would be able to have it pass the sniffer if i ran cats. hope this helps

The Border line is 22/228 114. . . With a great tuning and run it with cats. . you should pass no problem. . but if you have long tubes. . make sure you have at least 300 bucks to slide under the table to the visual inpector
