Default cam suggestions?

i am looking to change my cam setup. i thought i was going to be satisfied with the cam i am running but it seems that its not exactly what i was looking for. as in not enough. i dont drive the car enough to care about mileage. so what would you guys suggest for a cam swap?

currently i have a 3200 stall with stock rearend and 3.23's with a comp 224/230 .581/.592 114LSA cam. All the bolt ons...fast 90/90, hooker longtubes, etc, etc...

i would prefer not to have to change the stall but if its not possible its not possible.

anyone got any cam suggestions?

thanks.

never had it dyno'd. it ran pretty good but i had the car setup with driveability as the number one factor to consider. i quickly discovered that this cam drives damn near like stock and i can put up with quite a bit of loss in the driveability department.

the vinci 060 would be a nice step up from what you have now

i run the 099 in my 408

if you want more lift, then go for the 100

here's an idle sound clip of the 099 in my car.

crane #1449601 or the vinci's #049 cam would be a step up from what you have now, and work graet with your combo. all though a cam like this, would like more stall and head work for an overall peak performance.

288/296 Adv. duration
228/236 @ 0.050" dur.
.603"/.603" lift w/1.7 rockers
110 LSA
108 ICL

That gives you 12* of overlap @ 0.050" and should be able to be tuned fairly easy with a good tuner. Dual springs would be strongly reccommended for this cam.

231/240 .643/.608 112+4 LSA (LSK/XE-R)
That will get you over 400rwhp cam only in a A4.
