Smoking bad

I was racing a few weeks ago and well hit the limiter hard. I just got distracted and shifted late. The car is smoking bad now. Out of both breathers(chugging), dipstick if pulled it even blew the valley cover seal and is smoking there. It smokes out of the exhaust especially when I do a heavy decel and then get back on it, it will studder when I do that too.
Looking for ideas before I dig into it. Could it be just the top end? Like a bent exhaust valve? Or does it sound more like a bottom end problem like a ring land? It happened all at once, smoked very little before.
Who is selling good cheap short blocks now, just a 347 is fine?

# 7 is dead, its coated in an oil residue.
The springs, valves and seals are all fine on that one I didn't check the others.
The piston @ TDC looks fine as well. The only thing i noticed was on 1,3,5 all had a very light kiss mark from the intake valves, there is to much crap on 7 to tell.
Now what? I was hoping for a bent valve or something but everything apears to be fine.
Any idea's? I know #7 isnt sealing right but where? Please tell me it isn't one of the lower rings?
*There is PCV system on the car.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. With hardened pushrods they don't tend to bend. Rather they don't give at all and you have piston to valve contact. Check the seat on number 7 and see if it took the blow.

I pulled both valves and they look OK so did the seats. I wish I had my stock heads, I would slap them on and see if it cured it. I think I'm going to take that head to a local speed shop and see what they have to say.

Could the valve and seat apear to be fine when it is in fact bent slightly and causing my problem?
If I broke a ring land would I be able to see it from the top?

could have done a leakdown test. and you could have listened at the breather an exhaust and figured out if it was a valve.
you can hear air escaping
