Default 5.3 stage 2.5 with magic stick 3????

I am thinking about going ahead and getting the texas speed and performance heads and cam package with the 5.3 liter heads stage 2.5 with the magic stick 3, I would like to get the magic stick 4, but do not want to have to flycut. What kind of power will this setup be making? i am looking to go into the 11's with a heads and cam package. I would also like to get the 111 LSA on the cam. my buddy has the trex cam and it is tuned pretty good but it bucks down low, I dont like this at all. I will be daily driving this car with this setup, so i would like the freindly setup with the car for daily driving.
My current mods are Headers, true duals, lid, filter, lca, phr, torque arm, and ram powergrip hd. I am really intrested in hearing some of your thoughts i have been thinking about this for a while now and am ready to purchase soon so help me out guys.

look at my sig,its a good combo.it lacks a little in the torque department but with a big stall it really doesnt matter because it pulls really hard on top.Get the gears also.Give tsp a call when you order they can give you the best advice with exactly what you are planing for the car.

WOW your torque numbers are really low for that setup, that makes me really worried there because i have 6-speed car and will get the 4.10 gears to help out. Altough your dragtimes are awesome, are you pulling the wheels. I guess I really should give TSP a call and talk to some of those guys. Also what LSA is your Magic Stick on I will not be running nitrous with this setup. This car will be all N/A. Any Input will be appreciated thanks alot guys. Also are you tuned too with those number, I know numbers really dont matter at all.

HIS TQ'S ARE LOW BECAUSE THE CAR IS AN AUTO AND DYNOS DONT REALLY READ RIGHT FOR AUTO CARS..

I ALSO HAVE THIS SETUP I MADE 430RWHP THRU A UNLOCKED 4000 STALL MY TQ WAS SUPPOSDLY IN THE 350 RANGE BUT LIKE I SAID YOUR TQ #'S ARE KINDA MEANINGLESS WITH A BIG STALL

ALL IN ALL IN A M6 CAR YOUR GOOD FOR ATLEAST 450RWHP AND 400+TQ ID JUST MAKE SURE TO GET SOME 4.11 GEARS AND A GOOD TUNE

ALSO WHY NOT LOOK INTO THE EDDLEBROCK HEADS.. I HAVE THE 853 CASTINGS AND AM HAPY BUT HAD THERE BEEN EDDLEBROCK HEADS AT THE TIME I THINK I WOULDA WENT THAT ROUTE (SUPPOSLY HELPS THE MIDRANGE #'S A BIT)

Why not step up to LS6 "style" heads that are milled. They are not that much more and feature a "D" shaped exhaust port instead of the "oval" shape found on the "5.3L" and "LS1" style heads.

P.S. By the way you can make it into the 11's cam-only nowadays (with an aggressive cam, proper tuning and traction). Someone local runs a 244/248 .630"/.630" 112 LSA that clears the stock pistons with no flycutting. Here is the information:

98 SS 425 rwhp 392 rwtq with Hellion cam and stock heads , Todd's best 1/4 time NA is 11.95 @ 120.95 with street tires tuned by Mike @ New Era
P.S. The pistons would need to be modified with aftermarket milled heads with this large of a cam.

If you really want the MS4, go with the LS6 heads that TSP has. Either the stg 1 or 2.5s. It'll be a couple of hundred dollars more but you'll have the cam you want and don't need to flycut.

Exactly my initial thought when reading this thread.

I've got the 5.3/MS3 combo as well. Mine put down 423 and 385 untuned with a clutch slipping it *** off. Not to mention it has a stock unported TB on it. The stock injectors were maxed out @ 108% at 6300 RPM. My cam is on a 113 and TSP recommended the 2.02/1.57 valves since I will be spraying. Just as everyone else said the cam pulls extremely hard above 4000 and doesn't stop. I've still got 3.42s in my car and I couldn't imagine what the 4.11s will be like.
