Ok guys, I'm new here but need some help. I am building a 6.0 from a 2003 truck. I am looking to get a compression ration of about 10.5:1 and need to know how much to deck the heads to get to this point and use stock head gaskets. I also need to know how much lift I can get from a cam without having piston to valve clearance issues before or after milling the heads. I am already changing the valve springs to make sure that they can handle the bigger cam. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
