Default LG cams and spring life

I was wondering about the LG cams and spring life. I'm ordering some TFS heads for my 422 stroker and was wondering how your springs are doing with the LG cams, especially the X3 and X4 and if you've had to change them. I was thinking of the X4 since the durations and lifts are not huge (for a large stroker). The 235cc TFS heads I'm getting have springs rated to .660 lift. Thanks.

Just XE-R lobes from Comp. The springs your getting are fine. I'd check pressure at 15k, then 5k intervals after that. Nothing more than popping off 1 or 2 springs and checking the pressure. You could also ask other members who own XE-R cams how long there springs are lasting.
