Question about iron blocks

I am thinking about doing a 408 and I am not sure what block to use. I know that you use the 6.0l block but there is a lq4 and lq9. what are the diffrences and benifits to each one?

The two blocks are the same. The factory pistons are different, but that won't change your build.
