Default 6.0L iron build

i think i have narrowed it down..instead of rebuilding my stock cube LS1..*although a cam is definately in the works* i have thought about building a 6.0L iron block it will be for daily driving with a sh*Tload of spray...
question is ..i want that magic 427 number...not sure what i would have to do to get it though..or where to get a solid 6.0L block..or what all has to go in it..i know some about the LS1's but building a 6.0L from scratch is going to be a bit of a trial...*thank god for good friends* so please..would or can somebody tell me the required ingredients for a 427 iron block , aluminum headed nitrous huffin mustang eater?
my car is a 99 formy M6..the tranny will be getting bulletproofed by T56Rebuilds.com and will also be getting a 12 bolt w/ 4:10 gears..and the usual goodies..please somebody help out here..kinda looking for a shopping list for tax season..thanks in advance ....sorry if this has been asked a zillion times before..but the search thread over here in iraq doesnt work too well..

I'm having a 6.0l iron block 422 stroker built right now. It's a 4.030 bore, 4.125 crank and 6.20 rods. My heads will be 235cc TEA TFS. I, to, wanted the 427 number but my builder advised me that the block would have to be bored 60 over for that and that it left too little of material between the bores. If I'm wrong, someone tell me. FWIW. Good luck.

You are correct that it would take a 4.060 bore and a 4.125 stroke to get a 427. Also I am not to sure, correct me if im wrong, but a 4.030 bore and a 4.125 stroke only nets a 420.9 cubic inch displacement

Give or take a cube or two.

I had to throw that in there. On a serious note if you want to get 427ci one of the best ways to go is the lsx block. Not only can you get your 427 but you will have a ton of room to grow if you want to expand in the future. The reason I say the lsx is because one of the only ways to get 427ci out of a 6 liter block is 4.060 bore and 4.125in stroke. With that bore I definitely would not spray.
