what oil are yall running in your motor?? im running penzoil 10w40 and my oil press is low after it heats up

 

I definatly wouldnt use penzoil. lots of people like mobile one but I think castrol is better. Personal prefrence mostly.

i run regular old castrol 5-30 in mine right now. probably switch over to synthetic next oil change. if your oil pressure is abnormally low it is probably not the oil you are using but the oil pump or to loose of bearing clearances.

I use penzoil. I know mines not a 408 though. But it doesnt consume any oil. It has about 2k miles on the new motor.
