We have an in house head porter who is one of the best, most experience porters in the LSX industry. We still hand port all LS1, LS6, 5.3 and 6.0 castings. We have been porting the LS3/L92 cylinder heads with much success and also have done several LS7 heads with good results as well. Like mentioned above all cylinder heads are ported by hand and we use only the highest quality valvetrain components when assembling the heads.

They are factory heads, but with bigger holes in 'em. They will last as long as any factory head will.

I talked to a customer last week from Louisiana who has about 70k on his set of 2E's that MTI did back in 2002. All you have to do is swap out the springs when you start losing seat pressure. Our stage 2E cylinder heads are $1750 with bolts and head gaskets right now.

I love my MTI's!! I have never had any issues with these heads. As a matter of fact, I've never changed the valve springs either. They have been on the car since 2003 with probably 200 passes at the track and 15000 miles on the street without a hiccup.

I've heard great things about these heads... I'm just having issues straying away from the CNC stuff...
