Will I have enough piston to valve clearence?

I have an ms3 cam, and I just bought some patriot heads part #2029. I forgot to check and see but, the combustion chambers are 59 cc's I am not sure if they have been decked or not and I was wondering if I was going to have piston to valve clearence problems?

It depends if:
heads were milled
Size of valves used
Gasket used
and partialy what LSA/ICL of the MS3

BTW, those heads probably have not been milled, they have welded chambers in order to acheive the chamber size.

Im using stock gm gaskets, compressed thickness is .052 I think, my ms3 is on a 112 lsa. I think Ill be fine I was just double checking, I dont want to have to spend more money than I have to.

The MS3 camshaft will not clear with a larger valve than the stock 2" valve. As long as you get a 2" valve & a 1.55 exhaust valve you should be fine.
