Default 6.0 liter question

Is the iron block sleeved too? What is the maximum bore I can go without worrying about overheating problems. I want to build an all bore 6.0 and need some ideas.
Thanks

I would go for a 4.030 bore and save yourself the hassle of finding a block that can be bored .060.

I have heard that a .040" overbore on a 6.0L will be safe and will give you 372 CID. Some folks here have installed custom Diamond pistons with the .040" overbore.

I have an ironblock that is bored .030 over, up to .040 is probably safe with just having the block magnafluxed, more than that need to have it sonic checked. I am using Diamond pistons in my setup. with just the over bore you would have a cid of about 370 going with the .030 over.

vents I am actually having Nu-Tek get them CnC'd and then they will do the necessary machine work. while I do very good porting of the LS1 heads by hand(if I say so myself, but so do some others) I don't have the necessary equipment to do all of the other work. when we expand in the next year or so we will be doing a LS1 project that will be completely assembled by FFHP
