Default Help me build my bottom end

Im in england so resources aint as abundant. Anyways can I work the bottom end as in a hone? I know about the sleeve but I dont want to go crazy on this. Im wanting to hone the block out. swap pistons/rings out. If it is a absolute must get new rods. I want to stick with the stock crank.
My friend here knows of a quality machine shop that can handle the work. I use N20 150 shot but I want to up to 200 and I run ported 5.3 head and a Futral F12 cam. The car will be used more for "daily driving" Im not trying to break any records. Can anyone recommend what size/style/brand pistons, rings, and rods to throw in here? ANd anything else that I should be aware of would be a major plus. I have GM manuals and Kent moore tool sets to disassemble the motor too. TIA
