TSB work, do we pay out of warrenty???

TSB work, do we pay out of warrenty??? If theres a TSB on a known issue, do we have to pay for the repair if we are out of factory warrenty??? I got like 1500 miles on my extended left. does that count???

Re: TSB work, do we pay out of warrenty??? TSB's are technical service bulletins. They are meant to help the technitions fix the vehicle right the first time and with less time spent. That saves GM lots of warranty money. Only recalls are free of charge.
