Default Which Cam For My Set up?

It is between the following 2. 244-244-608-612 on a 112 or 234-243-597-610 on a 110. This is going to be on a forged 347 with either hand ported 241s or cnc ported ls6 heads. Would the ptv clearance be ok? Thanks for opinions guys.

It's depending on kind of pistons your getting. Some flat top pistons come with -2cc reliefs or -4cc reliefs. If you have any of those you'll be fine.

Which cam though? Pistons are flat top mahle with 4cc. Btw supporting mods in sig.

imo, neither but if you had to pick between the 2, i would say 234/242.

crane #1449601 would work great with your combo, but if you want a little more, put a 232/236 .600/.600 112+3.

cams seem little in size, but run harder than you think. i've used giant cams to small cams, rpm band changed obvisouly but the cars really don't speed up that much. you have to look at your overall combo and base it off that. what are your true goals with the car, rpm range you want, and hp/trq do you want to make. smaller cams perform better on the street, where 90% of people spend most of there time. if you are trying to build a track only car, i would give you a different spec, but in all reallty the motor would run alot better and be more v/e efficent with the specs i mentioned.
