The power they are advertising with these heads were with a Lingenfelter camshaft.. i believe it was the LS1-GT11 215 / 231 .631" / .644"

I'd rather go with these. They are less money and actually have better flow values up to .500 with a smaller intake runner port, and a smaller combustion chamber. Read over Patrick G's formula for 500hp and you'll see that's the recipe for power, smaller runners, better low lift flow and smaller combustion chambers.
