Default What would you do in my place?

I'm having a small problem with the car. I recently installed a cam and then immediately did a coil pack relocation. I'm having misfires on two cylinders, but I don't believe it is because of the cam install. I think it has to do with the coil pack relocation. I can crank the car, it will idle great for about 10-15 seconds, then I will hear popping that gets louder. It sounds the same as it did when I had all the coil wires messed up after relocating the coils. As far as I can tell, the wires are all fine now, but #2 and #6 are misfiring almost constantly as far as I can tell. Here are a few things to note:

#2 coil is brand new
I'm using the Jay Fisher kit and his wires
the pack is very close to the passenger side fuel rail

Thats all I can think of. I've tried everything I know to do. Anyone have any ideas? I'm open to anything. Thanks a lot!

Would I not be getting misfires on all 4 cylinders then? I think I tried it that way and it had more popping then it does the way it is now. Thanks for the tip though, I'm gonna try it like that again.

Dude, just double check the wires to the coils.

You should be back up and running ASAP.

Dont dwell on it... just go back over it with a fine tooth comb.

Good luck

I think I finally got it working fine. I can't explain it, I'm sure we tried what ended up fixing it. It was just like the first guy said. I feel like a moron now, but I know I tried it like that. Anyway, it misfired a lot to begin with, I'm guessing from a lot of unburnt fuel, but once it setlled into the idle, everything was great and it idled fine until it warmed up. I shut it off then, I have to put the coils back up on the cowl, lower the TB idle screw, and play with Edit some. Thanks everyone!
