Default AFR 205's or 225's

As some of you know my 409 is being built. I was thinking of going with L92 heads because of the price and recently started thinking about going with AFR's. A little run-down on the build. It is an iron block bored .035 with an Eagle Crank, Scat Rods, Billet Main Caps, and JE Nitrous Pistons. The Trans Am will be mainly driven on the street so drive ability is a big deal. I will be spraying a small shot of nitrous when taken to the track. Do you recommend the 205s or the 225s and why?

225s would work on the 409. Velocity would be huge with the 205s, especially if you want the 205s opened up for a 4" bore. If not, the 225s would work well and flow better than the 205 on the 4" bore in the mid-lifts.

the 205s shine on a 347 or 383 but the 225s will shine on a 409 like yours.if you don't already have a set of 205s i would definitely get the 225s.
