Re: 4th Gen LS1 F-Body Technical Aides hey, try www.helms.com, and check that out. those are the factory guides that are used by gm. its a three book set, $120 a set. i see you have a 98, i just got a set, and its still not out of the vacuum wrapping. its for the 98 firebird/camaro as thats as specific as it gets but it would cover all the 98 f-body models. if you're interested, i'll let them go for a decent rate plus shipping. u can email me at cyphur_traq@yahoo.com. hope that helped. - travis

Re: 4th Gen LS1 F-Body Technical Aides Here is a book you can get for $14 on amazon.com called "Chevy LS1/LS6 Performance". Its pretty badass and easy to follow. I got it 3 weeks ago and have read it twice. 
Dont waste your time or money on John Ligenfelter "On modifying Chevy Small-Block Engines". The book was written in the early 90's and is no help at all.
