Intake vacuum question.

Intake vacuum question. I was chasing down some tunning gremlins today with much success 
Then I realized I am getting 18.5 hg in gear and 19 hg in park, I was using a Snap-On scanner but does this sound right? Little help here plz.

Did you attend the Spring Nationals at E-Town last week? It was cool; Burnstein flipped over the mid-track retaining wall at about 200mph...he walked....
