I've always used Smith Brother's to make custom cut pushrods. Google them and you will find their site. They have been around since the 50's and make high quality pieces. I've also used Lunati custom PR's. Comp and Crane also cut them.

Trend advertises on the web site that they are available in 0.025" length increments, not sure if you need something finer.

We have alot on the website (hard to catalog them all easily, since they fit so many different applications though). It's easier for me to just jump in the paper catalogs and look it up by diameter and length usually. Manufacturer's websites have decent cataloging as well, you can find a part number there and then search for it on our site.

There's not really many "custom" length pushrods anymore since every manufacturer has so many shelf stock part numbers. They cover all the lengths pretty well!

I guess it depends on how you build high-end engines. Let's say you want to hold the adjuster pivot height to less than 1/2 turn (.020) on a 3/8-24 adjuster for RA geometry reasons. That may be easier with a "custom" length PR. For that market there are a number of suppliers willing to help.
