Coolant Leak after H/C install

Coolant Leak after H/C install well we finished off a heads/cam install today and when we poured the coolant in and started the car, it started to leak pretty badly. it leaked even before we started the car, but it was worse after we started it. we thought it may be overfill, so we drove around the block and by the time we got back you could hear it leaking out pretty hardcore. we're thinking it might be a gasket or o-ring on the back of the driver's side head, but what do you guys think??
