Default Cam for this set-up?

first the mods
PP stage 2 5.3L heads 706 castings. 10:5.1
LS6 intake
U/D pully
descreened MAF
M6

with the cam thats in it now (comp cam. .535 lift. is all i know) it makes 399 at the wheels. i did alot of reading on here and have a few cams in mind. i would like to see closer to 450-500rwhp out of this engine. i know it can be done with the mods i have. the car will see no drag racing at all, some auto cross and some road track.

cams i was looking at
MS3
MS4
MTI X1
there was a few others but those were the main ones.
i am also open to throttle body ideas, right not it is stock, thinking about porting it.

Id suggest the MS3

MS4 will require flycutting with those heads.

MS3 would SUCK for road racing. It's got no ***** down low. Go with the MTI for road racing. That reverse split would do the trick just right. But out of curiosity, why such a WIDE variation in cam types? One is great low/mid, while one is acceptable mid and high, while another is only a top end cam.

because i was pulling a noob and i looked at power more then what RPM range i needed

You need something with better mid-range torque than those big duration cams if you're going to auto cross or road race. Something more like 224/230 .609/.604 111LSA +2advance with your mods and goals.
