I have a set of 2002 6.0 heads, 317 casting, that I bought to put on my LS1. If I remember correctly the 6.0 combustion chambers are slightly larger in diameter than the bore of the LS1. This seems to me like it could possibly mess up the quench area and thereby induce detonation, especially under boost. Would this be the case or am I just inventing problems?
