Im going to be putting doin a few things pretty soon and was wanting some opinions as to what size cam i should use..I will be runnin stock heads ( not enough money) ????cam, ls6 intake, and a tci 3500 converter..what size cam do you guys think will work the best with stock heads and those mods including the ones in my sig..

Is your Z a daily driver? You looking for something streetable?? In my previous expirences the TR 230 is a very good cam for cam only applications. should put you in the 380 to 400 rwhp range.

 

yeah its gonna be my daily driven car...with that cam will it be noticable that it has a cam? im at work right now and cant search for a sound clip..I want it to sound pretty nasty but also make power..

Thats prolly the cam id go with, but its up to you. You'll will def notice a difference... if properly tuned. Do some research. the tr 224 would also be good.. may not sound as "nasty" as you want but it'll put out power.

 

I just listened to a sound clip of the tr 224 and i really like it..I just want ppl to be able to tell that it has a cam in it..Nothin to aggresive just enough to sound like a beast
