243 heads on a 4.8L I have a set of 243 heads my brother just recently pulled off....
the intake valve is way bigger then the 852 heads on my truck right now... i know it would boost my Compression Ratio as well.... Would these heads hurt my trucks bottom end or help it?

it would definitely HURT your bottom end with that size intake valve... and you'd lose compression due to the larger combustion chambers... what did the heads some off of??? you may have some valve shrouding problems as well...
