It's common knowledge that a person can get it done.... hell, everyone knows someone that knows a place or two 
. My position is that these wells could dry up, the hassle, etc..etc..... So If I could pass with a LS2 at 9.0:1 and a LS7 Z06 cam I'll be happy.
The Question is will a Cam with those specs support 700-800rwhp @15-16psi with 225 heads?
