Default Which cam will get me 450rwhp w my heads? MS3/4 too big for DD?

My motor is being rebuilt due to a dropped valve, while they are in there I figured i would go from my 222/222 .566/.566 cam to something a lot more aggressive.

I dont care if the car has a choppy idle or shakes a bit when at a light but i do need it to be driveable and want to not change the valvetrain every 10k miles. I want it to be fine when cruising at 1500-2000 rpms in 6th. I have stock z06 gears in the rear end and the stock z06 tranny and plan on keeping that way. I have 5.3l port and polished heads, is an ms3 or ms4 a good choice or should i go with something less aggressive for daily driving? RevX will check if my heads have been milled (done by previous owner) because i obviously dont want any valve/piston clearance issues. Im looking for hp in the 450rwhp range if possible.

I have:
Full Exhaust (FLP headers, borla stinger exhaust)
Underdrive pulley
z06 intake mani (obviously)
apparently a good set of ported/polished 5.3l heads

i would go with something like the futral F14 cam.....standard lift

should yield 450rwhp or damn close to it, and with a good tune it's good and driveable.

and without insane lift a good set of double springs should last a while

Looks like your trying to gain 40rwhp over a 222 Cam.More than likely a forged motor can make less hp due to heavier parts. So,I would say a high 230's,low 240 Cam will be needed.Make sure compression is atleast 11-1 and it would be a good idea to sell the FLP's and go with a better header.
