Which gears for TR224 112, 6sp?

Which gears for TR224 112, 6sp? For a 2000 C5, mn6. Driving around with stock 3.42s is getting old, makes getting out of the hole difficult. If I dont get it just right, it bogs or surges, which always looks real cool. Will 4.10s make it take off like a bat out of hell? My concern is I dont want to make my garage a drive through, or rear end the car in front of me in congested traffic. What is the ideal idle speed for my current set up. I am currently at 875, give or take 25 rpms. Clutch is a RAM VDS if that makes any difference.
Lastly what should parts and install run on a C5?

Re: Which gears for TR224 112, 6sp? I've done 4.10 and 3.73 in my F-bodies and put 3.73 in my stroked/poked LT1 Moser.
I think 3.73 is the PERFECT gear for an M6. 4.10 is too much gear, then you need traction, then you need a rear. I recommend 3.73 to you even though you're piloting a 'vette
