Surging with F11 cam

For those of you running the F11 cam, how is the surging? Im getting ready to install the cam in my LS6 but I was told that no matter the tune Im going to get surging with this stick, is this true? I was under the impression that this is a decent DD cam, am I wrong? Thanks guys

do not listen to rumors, just have a PRO tune the car, that cam is tiny compared to others. it is the tune.

The F11 is a very driveable camshaft. As long as you have a someone that knows how to tune an LS1 you will be fine.

Its all about the tune. Get the fuel, air and spark right and there will be no surging.

Well this is all good to hear. Im going to have Matt at HSW tune it. I was just worried that no matter what you do with the tune its going to surge, which is the last thing I want in my car.

My buddy has this cam and it drives very tame. No surging what so ever and pulls like hell at WOT. Very nice cam IMO.

Im getting excited to see how this thing is going to drive. You guys want to hear about mod fever how about this. I have not driven the car yet since buying it and I have a garage full of mods to put on it!!! Crazy I know but this is what you do when your stuck in Iraq.
