What is a good resource for the average "Do it yourselfer"? I'll tell you what, I loved it when it came time to do some work on the 92 Silverado. Not a problem in sight. The LS1 on the other hand... jeeeeeze. I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a good reference manual for the LS1.

I've got head only swap, heads/cam swap, and next week there will be a cam only (with spring) swap. You don't need the $100 gm manuals to do these very simple modifications.

Re: Cam install, how long???? Cal, I understand what you were trying to say, don't worry. And all the torque specs in my documents come straight from the GM manuals so they are proper as well.
