Default who offers a 4.125" crank

just curious. i was thinking that eagle only offered a 4.100" and 4.250" and nothing in between

Are you sure about this? The 421ci stroker crank my builder is using is a 4.125" by Eagle. Might want to call them and find out.

eagle is good and does make a 4.125 for the ls1...callies, i havent heard a whole lot about but the lunati piece is the best of the three IMHO and from what i know...just my .2

For a DD stay with a 4.00, for race then you can go bigger (block with longer sleeves recommended)

I think you could do it, but it would cost quite a bit more (6.200 rods, custom pistons). The iron blocks I would stay away from as they have some of the shortest sleeves of Gen III / IV motors.
