Default 98 block, 5.3 heads. What headgaskets?

The car is a 98 but using 5.3 heads. Can I use a set of MLS headgaskets for a 98 still or what year do I need to get? I already have a set of 98 MLS headgaskets so im hoping they'd be just fine.

I've heard conflicting things, some said the 98 heads have different coolant passages while others say the block is different and others say its all the same. Just need some clarification.

Stock 98 bottom end, cnc'd 5.3's w/ 2.02, 1.60 valves, custom cam (228/236 .588/.610 113.5), ported fast 90, ported LS2 tb.

I put it together over a year ago and for the life of cant remember what headgaskets I used but they worked fine untill i put in a new thermostat that was stuck shut and after it overheated real good on the dyno I discovered coolant would slowly seep from the driver side head. The cylinders are sealed no water is getting and no compression is getting out just some coolant seeps out between 3,5 while driving, to where it stinks like burnt dexcool and leaves small spots on the ground.
