Default Lingenfelter heads?

I found some use heads but I have no idea how much do they really go for! Any thoughts? Also I have a F1 cam 591*569 112+2 lsa reverse split, If i get the heads I should go ahead and pull the cam and get another one right?

"Lingenfelter CNC ported fully assembled LS1 cylinder heads. Milled .055, stock valve sizes. approx 12000 miles of use. New GM valve stem seals and Comp 918 valve springs installed on 4/07. I have the original Comp valve spring box with the batch # on it. It's my understanding you can send these 918 springs back to Comp for some new ones because of a few 918 failures recently. Also included are heavy duty steel retainers. Heads are straight off of the motor and need to be cleaned up before install"

With those being milled .055", make sure you check your PTV clearance.
