Default too much compression???

okay, from a few of my other posts it was revealed to me that my SCR for my upcoming stroker build was a little too low (planned on a 10.6:1)...so i played around with the pistons and manged to up the sqeeze factor to 11.49:1 (that's if i managed to calculate it correctly ). my question is this: is that going to raise my dymanic CR too high to run on pump gas (93)??

AFR 225cc heads with 72cc chamber and a 243/249 .629/.629 112+2 Lsa cam.

How did you get 11.49 with a 72cc head? Explain your motor setup.

4" stroke, 4.125" bore, 6.125 rods, -1cc dish piston, .04 gasket thickness, 4.165" gasket bore, -.008" deck height*, 9.240" block height

*estimated, i had to get creative with this one, i stole this # from the lunati rotating assembly that i was originaly going to use. everything on my setup is the same minus the pistons, they're now -1cc dish instead of -17cc dish.

that combo should run great on 93.just guessing not knowing the timing events i'd say your dcr is in the 8.3x -8.5x range.

you would be safe with 93 octane.. anything higher than a 12:5-13:1 you would have to run 96+ octane
