wat do you rec for me? hey guys first off i just want to say i know people are going to say do a search but thats alot of info. well i got a 2002 ls1 and i plan on going wi a cam and long tubes and some heads and of course lil additional parts as a new oil pump,chain, pully etc. well i dont know what kind of cam i should go with i got a 6speed and not trying to do nothing to the engine like forged pistons or change intakes or nothing like that.i was ondering if it would be cheaper going with ls6 ported heads with better springs,pushrods etc or just getting some other heads instead? thanks guys and sorry if i confused you
sorry that i didnt mention it is my dd im looking with some more suspension.gears and drags low 12's high 11's? hoping around 400 and looking to spend no more than $1500 before the suspension,drags,and gears
did john you can run about 388hp to rear with teh cheater cam and it works with exhuast manifolds, and ppl have done that easy with ls6 heads , ported tb , and other lil small stuff, ahahha youll see me soon partner, i should be picking up my ls1 in under a month
