best price on 427 or 408 iron short block which one of our many vendors has the best price on a 427 or 408 iron short block. Not looking for anything fancy. I purchased a used, LQ9 block with crank, cam, oil pan, etc with standard bore. just wondering if it would be worth getting rid of it and purchasing a complete short block.
