ARP thread sealer or lube for Studs

Default ARP thread sealer or lube for Studs

im going to be using ARP headstuds on my prc 2.5 5.3L head install, should i be using the thread sealer or the arp assembly lube for these?

arp assembly lube, and go by assembly lube trq. specs also.

but you dont torque the studs into the block, i know for bolts you should use the lube, but since you dont torque studs down into the bolt wouldnt sealer be better to keep the coolant from leaking into the threads??

run studs into block hand tight, w/assembly lube or sealant (bolt holes are blind), and then after the head gasket and head is on, install washer and nut using assembly lube on both sides of washer and trq. to arp spec using there assembly lube. 70ft. lbs large studs, 25ft. lbs small studs(8mm).
