How about posting a dyno sheet of his current setup if you have it? Why are you only going to 6k?

That is the current setup, he dyno'd it and that is the graph. It's obvious it is having issues. The first set of heads from LE it made 417rwhp!

Why does it only shows 358/343? Someone's going to ask if I don't.

Because he has a power loss, thats what he is trying to figure out.

He dyno'd 417rwhp with the first heads, which had a small pinhole in the #1 port, so he got another set for free, plus Lloyd gave him $$$ for his labor to swap the heads. In the mean time, while waiting on the new heads, he put on stock heads and drove the car. After getting the new heads he put them on and is now down on power and can't figure out why. So he took it and dyno'd it and it was the graph I just posted.

Head porting wouldnt.... But massive ping from running at 15:1 or 14:1 might!!! You might just be pulling a **** load of timing.

Isn't that what he's saying, he can't add enough fuel?

Did you check to make sure you didnt kink the fuel line when you reinstalled it? Maybe the fuel rail or line has a blockage in it? I saw that you have good fuel pressure, but pressure does not equal volume, so it might be worth checking.

Im trying to get ahold of a stock fuel rail/regulator and swap it out and see if it changes anything. Even if it does im a little weary of my hot #6 cylinder that goes from outside temp to 650-700 deg in less than a minute off a cold start. Figured there was somthing fucked up internally but hell it passed a leak down and made 175-180 psi of compression. The tune already has a rediculous amount of fuel in it. Idling hot and cold starts its there but as soon as you put it in gear its gone. Heres a dyno sheet of what it made with the 1st set of lloyd elliot heads...my stock trans was slipping its kinda wavy. Also if I didnt put it in here or not I swapped my fast 90 intake to another intake hoping my fast was fucked inside or somthing but still nothing. Checked all the exhaust today/tonight looking for a exhaust leak and used another can of brake parts cleaner hoping I missed a vaccum leak but came back with nothing. Skinnies I understand heads probably arent going to dip 100rwhp down on the car thats why im beating the horse around taking them off but somthings wrong inside I think....My temp gun aint screwed up you can feel the heat just radiating out from under the hood over that primary compared to the others

I need to borrow some 42#'s from someone and well see what happends. I dont want to blame the heads dude but its the only hard part ive put on and bam all of a sudden ive got a fucked up cylinder. So what happends when I put the stock heads on and the heat goes away and I have fuel? How do I not blame the heads? there never was a problem before. You never answered me about the question i asked you the other day you think he took it easy on them since he had 1 set already leak from me and didnt want to have risk it again?

You could have burnt the maf and o2 sensor ground on the passenger side by the headers, I burnt mine when I did my head swap and lost 30hp cause it was running way to lean. no matter how much fuel I wanted to add it just wouldnt.

Did I read that right? Your car has 95 psi on a comp test? If so, your valves arent closing.

You probably read the HP tuners cylinder balance test they were all 93-95%. Compresssion was 170-180

No I don't think he did, either way, the PORTING on the heads won't cause you to lose power like it is doing. Look at the graph, it's not a head porting issue.

Why not try what Keith and I both recommended to you MONTHS ago, get it on the dyno, with the datalogger, both widebands, fuel pressure guage, and make a pull and see EXACTLY where it is losing power and look at everything.

Well on saturday we are going to go to the dyno and log the car and see if we can find any issues...pretty much a last resort. Stay tuned on saturday evening if we cant see any problems i'll probably be posting up whatever the efi live file is so people can look at the run/log and see if they find any problems. With the big dips in the dyno graph I posted for sure we would hopefully be able to find SOMTHING
