Default ???? On flycuting and compresion

I am installing TEA stage 2.5 heads milled .030 on a stock 5.7 l ls1 bolck what would be my compretion ratio be with that set up. Will i need to run race gas ?

Also trying to find the flycutting thread I thought it was a a stick ,if it is can someone steer me in the right direction .

You need to find the CR calculator on here. You can then put in your numbers, (gasket thicknes, combustion cc, etc), and that will give you the cr of your motor.

If you flycut and want to know your exact compression you need to cc the piston.

Quick instruction. Put the piston .500 down. Calculate bore x bore x .500 x .7854 x 16.387= cc of a flat top piston. Now measure your cc's with the piston in the same spot. Subtract the smaller number from the bigger number and thats your valve relief volume in cc's.
