Default dual or single springs?

I am just wondering about my cam install i'm getting ready to do. I have always heard that you want to use single springs for start up. I have some heads with duals is this ok to start up with? i will be using tr 224 cam with stock lifters.... also i was told that there are 2 different timing chain covers. and am wondering which 1 is on my 02 ws6. guy from the dealership said they both use different gaskets....

You prob want to use the 918 comp springs if you go single and If anything dual springs are beneficial, I've never heard of the seperate timing chain cover though??

TR recomended single Comp 918's over the Rev duals for my TR224 install.

The guy at the parts counter should be able to set you up with the right gaskets if you give him your vin.
