oil pressure My oil pressure is at 35psi during idle and my valvetrain sure is getting noisey..could my oil pump be going out. Car has 89,000 miles. Still has stock ls6 pump.

I'm here in Ohio and we had a real hot summer in the high 90's. My pressure was in the 35 ranges once driving for about 20 minutes or so.We had a sudden srop in temp here and its right around 40ps1 once fully warm,but were are in the 50's right now here.Could be that i did not drive it long enough as I did the last time,but 35psi sounds fine to me
