Need help choosing heads

2 tenths in the quarter mile and 15 to 22 rwhp is what i have got out of the cars Ive done. Go for it and GOOD LUCK

If i where to go with the LS6's what kind of valve train should i use? i already have dual springs that caime with my MS3 cam,Longer pushrods,type of lifters,and rocker arms?

Stock rockers and LS7 lifters would be fine. It wouldn't hurt to upgrade the stock rockers so you don't have to worry about them losing the needle bearings but a lot of people still use them.

I'd wait for some CNC ported heads. You can get stock valved ported LS6 heads for under a grand from a few vendors. IMO, a head swap is a lot of work just to install stock LS6 heads. Id want bigger gains considering the investment.
