Default 5.3L heads

Anyone know the max lift cam for 5.3L heads on a stock bottom end and stock GM MLS gasket?
Could you increase the lift based on valve timing events- I.E. have big lift before the piston reached TDC??

Lift has nothing to do with PTV clearance. Unless you are talking about the limit of the valvespring, which case is stock cam lift at best.

I'm running a .581 lift cam with my 5.3 heads milled .018" & FelPro stock LS1 replacement gaskets. No issues.

I am talking about PTV clearances...
I guess let me re-phrase into a newbie type question-
What is the biggest cam you can run with this setup, duration/lift wise...?
