Default need help with motor built..

ok with the mods in my sig and well with this piston kit from sdparts what can i expect on horsepower, and what else would i need to run this setup here's the link for what im looking for...

One thing to look at is if that kit has pistons with valve reliefs. In general you would probably want valve reliefs to open up your options cam wise. However, you will need to mill your stock heads or go with small combustion chamber aftermarket heads to get back to or beyond your stock static compression ratio.

what heads do u recommened?? i want to go with ls6 ported heads from texas-speed or if i find a good set on here but i dont plan on doing this for a couple of months...

is it hard to take apart the motor and put news pistons in and bearings, and everything else. i would love to learn how do to this.. thanks guys in advance..
