loud knocking problem :( my engine was making a loud knocking sound and i took the passanger side head off and i noticed the piston had a pattern that matched the inside of the head. it wasnt hitting the valves just the head. any suggestions why this is happening?

Re: loud knocking problem :( i dont see any damage to the cylinder wall does that mean it should be an easy fix. or will i not know till i open her up more?
