and it's very nice to be with you guys

i have i 2001 z28 camaro with m6 .
it's totally stock ..
i want to add some power to reach the 450-500rwhp .. and i want it quite and fast (smooth cam,nice exhaust)

i think heads,cam and bolts on can do that power but

what cylinder heads ?
what cam ?
what headers ?
what cat-back ?
what intake manifold ?
what throttle body ?
what air intake system or lid box ?
what should i do with the vavlvetrain ?
can i do something to the shortblock make the things better (standard 346 ci) ?
can i go with the BMR chassis package ?
and plz if there is something i forget it tell me

what cylinder heads ?
AFR 205's

what cam ?
224/228 114 LSA

what headers ?
Kooks w/cats

what cat-back ?
Corsa = refined/quiet... (which is what you said you were looking for)
Magnaflow = throaty/quiet

what intake manifold ?
LS6 of which you should have already seeing as you have an '01

what throttle body ?
Nick Williams are nice

what air intake system or lid box ?
most say a lid is fine (SLP, MTI)... but i'm gonna pick up a Volant soon as sealing seems to be an issue on all lids... plus I have a WS.6

what should i do with the vavlvetrain ?

one word... "forged" not really necassary though...
