799 head ?'s
799 head ?'s ive got an 02 ws6 m6 im having a bit of a prob. out of my 241's and am looking for a set of 243's and a guy pm'd me about a set of 799's and i did a search and cant find a deff. answer on these heads .. Are they the same as 243's just cast different, or are there other diffrences. If they are i lil different will they still work and will i see any gains out of them at all?
what lift are the stock springs good for on these heads? i will be doing a cam also at time of install of heads

well its down between two a 799 set w/ 15,000 miles on them and a set of 243 i just found $25 diff in the price not sure about specifics on the 243's . so whats the max lift on the stock springs on these heads ?
